Position Details:

• Job Title: Associate Project Manager

• Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - Remote - quarterly on-site meetings required

• Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour

• Contract: 2 years

• Shift: Standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage product launch and life-cycle plans for assigned programs.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Manage Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely implementation across regions.

• Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless operations.

• Own the monthly reporting dashboards related to role responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain or marketing.

• Strong technical Spanish language skills are essential.

• Six Sigma Green Belt and lean systems training.

• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Experience with Tableau, SAP, and other supply chain management software is highly preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
