Your Role

Reporting to the Area Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager you will be responsible for timely, cost-effective movement of air export freight managed by the Air Export Gateway department as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. You will be responsible for processing of Master Air Waybill consolidations, set trade-lanes encompassing all aspects of the Advance Travel Authorization process.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrity

• Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations

• Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in theregion

• Arrange bookings with carriers; optimize cargo consolidations

• Ensure timely processing and delivery to the airport, constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process

• Track & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities

• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customers

• Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goals

• Responsible for daily updating and monitoring of reporting tools

• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

• Support pricing team on rate quotes

Your Skills and Experiences

• 1+ years' experience with the air gateway

• 1+ years' experience in customer service

• Ability to report onsite 5 days per week

• Must travel for business purposes
