We are working with a well established client that's looking to hire an AP Specialist position. They are looking for an ideal candidate who has experienced in working with Excel but also willing to handle some basic accounting functions. This is a great opportunity with a positive and inclusive work culture, benefits, chances for growth and working with an international firm.

salary: $23 - $27 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel

• 2+ years of processing invoices and scheduling payments

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
