Industrial Color Account Manager in los angeles, California

The Account Manager is responsible for the oversight of one of Industrial Color’s largest ecomm photo production clients. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and communication between our internal and external partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with and support the Director of Accounts with the management and day to day oversight of one of IC’s largest ecom photo production clients, shooting almost daily, in addition to other smaller accounts.

  • Serve as liaison between the internal creative production team and the client - helping to facilitate proper flow of communication and potential escalation of issues, with an ability to prioritize requests from the client.

  • Build a strong relationship with the client with a goal of growing and expanding upon current services and revenue.

  • Participate / lead weekly account meetings to provide general updates, discuss any potential issues or challenges, and prep for upcoming projects / shoots and new initiatives. Provide thorough follow up on any action items that arise.

  • Ensure that all client reporting and billing needs are met, and provided in a timely manner.

  • Partner with the internal team to continually brainstorm ways to optimize the overall account and ultimately provide an elevated client experience and creative output.

  • Manage agreed upon SLAs and turn-arounds for the account, and flag any potential concerns or challenges with the client as needed.

  • Ensure that our internal team has the information and tools needed to execute within each of their roles and the overall direction of the client.

  • Provide support and cross cover as needed within the other roles within the larger team (production, sample management, etc).

  • Help assist with image QC as needed, to make sure that all images meet client creative guidelines and are delivered to the client within the proper turnaround.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, account management or production with specific experience in a client facing position.

  • Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.

  • Comfort with data and metrics - must be comfortable with Excel / Google sheets.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work within tight deadlines in a fast paced + ever changing environment.

  • Possess an inspiring work ethic with the ability to drive themselves to an extreme level of quality, detail and performance.

  • A team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group/people.

  • Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
