Longenecker & Associates Work Control Planner I, III, and IV in Los Alamos, New Mexico

We have the immediate need for a Work Planner to contribute to the mission of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Position Description Develops and/or reviews work packages including time, material, and labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, and/or safety and testing requirements for the implementation and control of operations, maintenance, or modification of work activities within a given facility or area. Specific planning duties may be related to mechanical, electrical, chemical and/or radiological equipment, policies, and procedures and may also include resolving work restraints and bringing work packages to final closure. Education Work Planner I - Position typically requires a minimum of two years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Planner III - Position typically requires a minimum of eight years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Planner IV - Position typically requires a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Qualifications Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening. Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values. Prior Planner experience in a Nuclear setting.
