We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Enginee r to support and improve manufacturing processes. You’ll collaborate across departments, with a focus on tooling and equipment upgrades, special projects, and ensuring efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute complex manufacturing engineering assignments

• Develop manufacturing concepts and support product/process development

• Provide technical assistance to supervisors on day-to-day operations

• Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation

• Conduct cost analysis and manage vendor relations

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities, including 6S and Kaizen events

Must Haves:

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree

• Prefer aerospace experience

• Familiar with metal work

• Experience with AS 400 MRP system

• Experience with manufacturing routers & BOMs

• Familiarity with Mil Specs
