Aston Carter Office Administrator in Longwood, Florida
Job Title: Office Administrator - this is 5 days a week onsite in the Longwood FL area! This is an URGENT need and will move quickly!
Responsibilities
Manage vendor compliance documents email daily
Conduct daily audits on vendor profiles
Collect and update W9 information on vendor profiles
Conduct conflict of interest checks on established vendors
Maintain and update vendor profiles for established vendors
Understand state licensing requirements for subcontractors
Understand state workers’ comp requirements
Conduct insurance verification checks on COI’s for established vendors
Conduct state license verification checks on established vendors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
1-2 years of previous experience in accounts payable preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
Ability to learn various accounting systems as needed
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Timely, accurate, and detailed follow-up with assignments
Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and manage time with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
Work Environment
The role is in-office, set in a cubicle environment with a team. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
