The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development execution and time-to-market launch of a CXL and other Memory Module products. The role requires driving all product development functions including hardware and firmware development, product validation and qualification, and manufacturing development to deliver a high-quality, reliable product which meets the specified requirements within the schedule and budget commitments.

Key priorities for this role include:

  • Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of a CXL and other memory module design and development

  • Lead and mentor a multi-functional team composed of members from critical program functions, i.e., Architecture, ASIC, Hardware, Firmware, DRAM, FVT, EVT, CVT, MSV, GQ, Assembly, PE, and CNBU PM to deliver the CXL and other memory module products

  • Lead system alignment on requirements and commitments using the Technical Specification Matrix (TSM)

  • Define the product development execution schedule based on alignment of bottoms/up schedules from each critical program function

  • Create and submit NPI build plan in accordance to budget limits.

  • Actively lead the Product Development Team to deliver on time, on budget and to encouraged quality.

  • Drive development to ensure compliance target acceptance is achieved for each development goal.

Requirements:

Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in leading product development projects or acting in similar capacity

  • Focus on succeeding within a globally diverse engineering environment with a strong development focus

  • Keen interest in developing system solutions, understanding of system product needs

  • Desire to develop knowledge and expertise in understanding CXL and DRAM-system interaction

  • Exposure to system firmware/design is not a pre-requisite

  • Good knowledge of PCBA development/design is not a pre-requisite but would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of DRAM device/design is not a pre-requisite, but would be an added advantage

  • Prior experience with ASIC and IP development process

  • Strong system product manufacturing process experience

  • Effective interpersonal skills in written and spoken English

  • Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong self-motivation and passion

Education and Experience :

Position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Material Engineering or related subject area.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$158,000.00 - $375,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
