Hiring Maintenance Mechanics!

As a maintenance mechanic you will be working in a clean and newer facility that offers amazing growth. You will be responsible for reactive and PM maintenance on all the equipment and production lines. In this role you will have a team that you work with and help train others as needed. You will assist with other areas of the facility as needed.

SHIFT:

• 3rd shift: 6:00 pm - 630 am

• Will train on 1st shift for one month

• Must be open to working any day of the week

PAY:

$39.18 + $3 shift differential

QUALIFICATIONS:

• +3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience working on various mechanic components such as; conveyers, motors, gear boxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc

• Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and/or replaces complex processing and packaging equipment

• Utilize blueprints/schematics

• Own tools

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

This company will be offering extensive growth as they have been expanding exponentially over the last couple years. They are looking to add more lines and you will be using/working on all newer stainless steel automated equipment. Every 90 days there will be an evaluation on your performance and if things go well then you will get a raise and promoted to the next level, but if you still need to work on things ten they will train you for your next 90 day review to move you up! There are many of areas you can grow into such as management/supervisor, engineering, etc.
