Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HVAC service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing a team of skilled technicians. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance, repair, and installation jobs.

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and customers.

• Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, and order supplies as needed.

• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and report on service department performance, including financial metrics and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Work Environment

The position involves working primarily on multi-family units and apartments, requiring adaptability to various settings and client needs.
