Fleet Operations Director

Location: Queens, NY

We are seeking a high-energy Fleet Operations Director to lead our rideshare rentals and yellow taxi operations. This dynamic leadership role is ideal for someone with strong operations management skills and a passion for customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Operations: Oversee rideshare and taxi rentals, returns, dispatching, and customer interactions.

  • Develop Teams: Train, mentor, and manage customer support and fleet associates for high performance.

  • Drive Results: Achieve key operational and financial goals (e.g., utilization rates, rental revenue).

  • Optimize Processes: Streamline vehicle readiness and minimize downtime through collaboration with repair shops.

  • Solve Problems: Address customer issues and improve operational efficiency.

  • Grow the Team: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.

  • Report Insights: Use data to inform decision-making and provide updates to management.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in operations management (rental cars, automotive, hospitality) and 3+ years in team leadership.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, tech proficiency (Google Sheets), and collaboration skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
