THE WORK:

  • You'll assist the construction management team in managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • You'll monitor daily construction progress, ensuring contractors adhere to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

  • You'll work closely with architects, engineers, school district representatives, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.

  • You'll ensure construction activities comply with policies, local building codes, and state regulations. Maintain accurate project records, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

  • You'll identify potential construction challenges and collaborate with the construction management team to develop effective solutions.

  • You'll ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct field inspections to uphold high construction standards.

  • You'll work alongside the construction management team to oversee contractor activities and enforce contract requirements.

  • You'll support the project schedule by tracking milestones, identifying potential delays, and coordinating necessary adjustments.

  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$125,000 - $140,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR at least 7-10 years of relevant experience with a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

  • Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, contract administration, and field coordination

  • Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordinating with stakeholders

  • Ability to assess construction challenges and contribute to effective solutions

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED certification is a plus
