Duties: Perform advanced development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly developed business expertise. Lead projects or programs and may act as a team leader to coordinate activities of other personnel. Evaluates business and software industry trends and suggests improvements to processes, products and services. Sets standards to deliver high-quality products and services. Provides guidance on process and procedure best practices that result in functional and cross functional efficiency. Drives processes, manages projects, and identifies innovative solutions. Leads and helps others to solve issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business trends. Collaborates with customers, peers, account leaders and other Schwab teams. Proactively determines tasks, anticipates problems, and offers solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-Bachelor s experience in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
