The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially creative individual to join an award-winning company, which is breaking new ground in developing people through vocational learning.

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role working with our campaigns, ABX and events teams, creating and developing a range of powerful content targeted at key accounts, from case studies and email marketing to insight reports and direct mail. You will be part of a marketing team that is committed to pioneering bold B2B marketing strategies that not only stand out but also create significant value for our customers, driving their success and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development of content strategies aligned with marketing strategy, campaign objectives and target audience personas.

  • Lead the creation of engaging and persuasive multi-channel content, including reports, case studies, video content, and email copy.

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives engagement, generates leads, and contributes to revenue growth.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content creation.

  • Work closely with the design and video agencies to ensure visual assets complement and enhance written content.

  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise future campaigns.

  • Apply a keen eye for detail and exceptional quality control skills to ensure our content meets the highest standards of excellence.

  • Support sales in developing engaging outreach templates to be used at scale through sequencing.

  • Combine creativity with problem-solving skills to generate innovative marketing solutions.

    Experience and Skills:


  • Adept at developing and executing successful content strategies with 3-5 years of hands-on experience, delivering measurable results in brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content across diverse formats and tones, from engaging email campaigns and detailed reports to persuasive website copy and insightful case studies, tailored to specific audiences and objectives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Proven ability to create comprehensive and clear content briefs that effectively guide external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and project objectives.

  • Experience in leveraging a variety of marketing tools including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, CMS, and sales enablement software to drive cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a “blue sky” approach to developing new ideas.


  • Experience and understanding of Account Based Marketing.

  • Experience in the training, skills or education industry or producing content for HR, Data or Tech buyers
