As a Customer Service Representative at Nexeo,you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will interact with customers through various channels,including phone,email,chat,or in-person,to provide support and information on our products and services. You will assist customers with billing inquiries,handle order processing,and collaborate with our technical service team to resolve complex issues promptly and effectively. Additionally,you will have the opportunity to drive activations and increase sales by identifying upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

   Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.

   Engage with customers to provide support and information on products and services.

   Assist customers with billing inquiries,payments,and cancellations.

   Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

   Collaborate with technical service team members to resolve complex customer issues.

   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.

   Identify opportunities to drive activations and increase sales,upselling accounts when appropriate.

   Operate with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

   Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Qualifications

   Basic computer skills and familiarity with software systems.

   Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

   High school diploma or equivalent.

   Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.

Pay

$14.00 - $16.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday Friday | 11:30am 8:00pm
