Nexeo is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. Our team specializes in helping people resolve their outstanding debts with care and professionalism. Our goal is to assist individuals in finding reasonable payment solutions while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

*Responsibilities *

   Make outbound calls to individuals with outstanding debts.

   Use voicemail drops,emails,and text messaging to communicate with clients.

   Skip tracing: Locate contact information and employment details through web and social media investigation.

   Prepare and submit documentation for legal action when necessary.

   Work collaboratively within our team to ensure successful collection outcomes.

   Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

   Use company-specific programs and tools to manage client portfolios.

Qualifications

   Previous experience in collections,accounts receivable,or call center environments.

   Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling a portfolio of clients.

   Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal.

   Ability to navigate and utilize office software and internal programs.

   Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

   Must pass an initial screening (name,address,and phone number check).

   Students welcome,particularly those available at least through the end of the Spring semester.

*Pay *

$15.00 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm (with a one-hour lunch break)

Part-Time | Flexible,25-30 hours per week between 8:00am - 6:30pm
