Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Associate in LOGAN, Utah

As a Customer Service Associate at Nexeo,you'll be at the forefront of our banking inquiry claims operations,assisting customers with questions related to billing,payments,credits,fraud alerts,internet and cell phone services,and mortgage servicing. This role requires strong problem-solving skills,self-motivation,and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

*Responsibilities *

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls.

Multitask effectively while engaging with customers.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Commit to flexible hours as needed to meet service and sales goals.

Complete all assigned responsibilities from managers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.

Stable job history (no more than two jobs in the most recent year).

Ability to work full-time during the initial 12-week training period.

Must be willing to work Monday and Saturday,as these are our busiest days.

*Pay *

$17.00 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Must be available Monday through Saturday

Part-time schedules available for those in school,limited to 25 hours per week
