Job Title: Assembly Technician - Bioprocess Containers

Job Description

We are seeking assembly technicians that will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembling, material handling, equipment operating, and packaging. Responsibilities

  • Work in a production environment to manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products in accordance with product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs.

  • Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

  • Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.

  • Use strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations to implement mutual inspection, find and correct quality errors, and record and report problems in a timely manner.

  • Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as tasks are performed.

  • Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

  • Effectively work as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.

  • Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general production, medical device production, and assembly.

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure products meet quality standards.

  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

Shift & Pay

  • 1st and 3rd shift available with shift differential: $16 on 1st shift. $18.40 on 3rd shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
