Description:

Provides Human Resource (HR) support for various operations, projects, program management, and service delivery initiatives. Work activities involve interacting with executives, various levels of management and professionals, colleagues and vendors providing and disseminating information, as well as independently completing multiple activities pertaining to the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of various HR operations, projects, program management, and service delivery. Work activities require a thorough understanding of HR Center of Excellence (COE), HR Shared Services (HRSS) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) services and technical proficiency in the application of internal systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos timekeeping) other online platforms (e.g., Sharepoint, Quickbase, MS Teams, etc.) in order support content management, set-up and maintain internal databases; develop reports, support special projects and initiatives, and provide varied administrative support. This position reports to an HR manager, director or other HR leader.

Your Impact: Essential Functions

In this exciting role, you'll embody and promote our mission, vision, and values in everything you do. You'll collaborate with executives, management teams, and diverse professionals to streamline HR operations, ensuring policies and processes are not just followed, but optimized for success.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Management & Leadership: Take charge of various HR projects, programs, and service delivery initiatives, driving them to completion on time and within budget. Your leadership will ensure our planning and implementation objectives are met.

  • Creative Communication: Develop engaging communication materials, toolkits, and reports for a variety of audiences, including executive teams and business leaders. You’ll collaborate with HR Center of Excellence leaders to craft compelling content that resonates with our mission.

  • Engagement & Collaboration: Serve as the go-to liaison for key stakeholders and executive teams on HR projects, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem resolution.

  • Digital Presence: Organize and maintain our project websites and online platforms, ensuring content is timely, informative, and visually appealing.

  • Event Coordination: Play a key role in organizing large-scale ministry-based events, ensuring every detail is perfect and contributes to our culture of care and excellence.

  • Data Integrity & Analysis: Conduct data audits, manage HR billing and expenses, and generate insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications: Are You a Match?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for HR and a knack for organization and communication. You should have:

  • An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in an HR support or high-level administrative role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills —both written and verbal—that allow you to convey technical and sensitive information with confidence.

  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and anticipate their needs proactively.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and a keen eye for creating engaging presentations.

Pay Range: $24.05 - $36.07/hr
