Project Coordinator Opportunity in Livonia, MI

Seeking a Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator for our small-sized general contracting client in Metro-Detroit. This person will manage the administrative aspects of current construction projects; including keeping the project on track, ensuring quality standards are met, and working with clients

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring contracts

  • Processing billing

  • Keeping track of documents

  • Arranging project schedules

  • Supervising workers

  • Checking in with clients

  • Sorting construction documents to ensure work meets client standards

  • Obtaining and filing required municipal permits

  • Collecting and organizing necessary documentation

  • Overseeing the subcontractor and vendor hiring process

  • Compiling detailed on-site construction activity logs

Skills:

  • Project coordination

  • Project management

  • Construction

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' project/construction administration experience with a general contractor

  • Strong organizational skills

Experience Level:

  • Entry Level
