Located in Flint Michigan, the Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees to assemble product for customer orders,

How you will impact Victory Packaging, a Smurfit Westrock company

• Direct and work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:

• Pack product of varying type

• Unpack/Repackage product of varying type

• Build product bundles of supplies

• Box printing

• Box labeling

• Receive new and returned product

• Log and track production documentation

• Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Two or more-year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment: corrugated manufacturing plant environment preferred

• General fluency in English required, verbal and written

• Basic computer literacy.
