Trinity Health Lead Instructor / Facilitator & Learning Consultant in Livonia, Michigan

Description:

Provides expert facilitation through multiple modalities. Has Broad experience and deep expertise in multiple areas of learning & development, and primary leadership accountability for strategically aligned content and/or people. Multi-focus expert providing oversight of strategic content or consultant team(s) & acts as liaison between clients and Talent Development; serves as a Lead Instructor & Learning Consultant in providing tailored content of national programs & provides consulting services to business owners to meet learning needs of Trinity Health colleagues. Mentors team members towards the achievement of Trinity Health strategic priorities by leveraging national programs; Provides developmental opportunities for team members in a broad range of consulting services & other aligned learning & development services impacting large scale organization effectiveness and culture.

Learning & Development Consulting Solutions :

  • Develops key business relationships with service partners, Ministry leaders, and other stakeholders. Consults with stakeholders to strategize, scope, and plan the delivery of learning solutions.

  • Advises learning partners regarding learning solutions, implementation best practices, evaluation, audience, and delivery requirements.

  • Assesses learning needs, provides solutions utilizing a consultative approach, and deploys learning solutions.

  • Leverages national programs and/or tailors content & approach that best meets the needs of the business owner & aligned to Trinity Health priorities.

  • Primary project/engagement oversight to include meeting with business owners to establish goals and timelines. Developing learning plans that addresses the business owner’s needs.

Facilitation :

  • Facilitates and trains others to facilitate, coordinate, and implement learning solutions and leader development experiences; May certify others as facilitators in select content;

  • Demonstrates mastery in various curricula / programs / content areas with facilitation techniques with content facilitation expertise in one or more national strategic areas.

Team leadership, Guidance, Resourcing & Oversight:

  • Encourages team collaboration & partnerships within TD, across Organization Effectiveness, and with other system resource leaders.

  • Delegate tasks among consulting team members as appropriate.

  • Oversight of implementation and progression of learning solutions, consultant engagement, and/or specialty content development, deployment & utilization. Evaluate the short- and long-term effectiveness of the implemented solution and adjust as necessary.

Coach & Mentor:

  • Provides expert level facilitation and learning & development consulting services.

  • Acts as a thought partner with others in all areas of learning & development utilizing knowledge as a highly seasoned expert in the field.

  • Acts as highly seasoned subject matter expert in coaching, overseeing, guiding & providing professional mentorship to others.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business, Health Care, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in facilitation, training, coaching, instructional design and assessments in diverse environments

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in a service or health care setting also preferred.

  • Experience with large healthcare organizations a plus

Pay Range- $43.30/hr- $69.46/hr
