Description

Desktop Support Analyst with experience in handling on site support for end users. They are currently going through their Windows 11 upgrade and looking to bring someone on to help with this as well as day to day support of a hospital system. This person should have experience working through software and hardware tickets, providing support face to face for end users and documenting issues within ServiceNow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
