Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Retail Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Naskilas brand promise. This position requires the team member to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus and attention to detail at the One Stop Ischoopa. In conjunction with the Retail Manager, this position assists in the daily operations of the One Stop Ischoopa including, but not limited to cashiering, administrative, vendor relations, resolving complaints, training, and implementing SOPs.

REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in handling cash and using a POS.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience in the retail industry.

Must be flexible to work Day, Swing and Night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
