CPS Recruitment is recruiting an Administrative Coordinator for a specialty medical office located in Liverpool, NY. This position will support the accounting and management teams and will be vital to the operation of this office. This is a contract to hire opportunity with an incredible team with hours Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p.Compensation for this Administrative Coordinator role is $26+/hr, depending on experience.       Responsibilities of an Administrative Coordinator include but are not limited to:Process office deposits daily and bank deposits weekly - tracking all transactions in Excel spreadsheetsProcess all invoices with customer/client follow up as requiredMaintain payroll bi-weekly as well as general ledger entriesCollect incoming accounts receivable via mail and emailOther duties to support the administrative team as neededBackground Profile of an Administrative Coordinator include:A degree in Accounting or Business preferredExcel, QuickBooks, and General Ledger entry experience requiredStrong communication skills on the phone, via email, and in personAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamApplicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.How to Apply:For immediate consideration please submit a resume to healthcare@cpsrecruiter.comCPS Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer#tmd123#ADM24z
