What You’ll Do:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections.

• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.

• Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software.

• Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management.

• Support Senior Accountants: Assist with audits, month-end close processes, and other accounting projects.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

  Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Accounting, Business or similar

• 1+ years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role performing AP, AR, and/or billing

• Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivots) with fast data entry

• Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities

• Accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP preferred

• Flexible commute for a variety of projects
