Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tool Repair and Assembly Person to join their team. As a Tool Repair and Assembly Person, you will be part of the production department supporting the tooling team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tool Repair and Assembly Person

Location: Littleton, NH

Pay Range: $19.19 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Assemble and repair various installation tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Utilize hand tools and machinery such as drill presses and lathes for assembly operations.

  • Verify conformance to specifications using measuring devices and maintain detailed records.

  • Test hydraulic tools for functionality and prepare them for shipment.

  • Follow Lean work standards and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

What's Needed?

  • Three to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and procedure manuals.

  • Understanding of hydraulic devices and functions, including pressure valves and flow characteristics.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to problem-solving activities.
