Amergis Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Littleton, Massachusetts

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Details of the position include:

Location: Littleton, MA

Duration: 13 weeks to start

Facility Type: Adult Community Clinical Setting

Schedule: Need coverage 7 days/week for 7a-3p and 3p-11p…can be flexible with the schedule and accommodate full time or part time

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

You would be responsible for showering residents, checking vitals, laundry, cleaning, and assisting with cooking as needed. Residents receive three hot meals per day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Massachusetts CNA certification

Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle

Ideally prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

ABOUT THE FACILITY:

This position is at an Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. ACCS offers supports to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Each individual works with a team of professionals to develop an Individualized Action Plan (IAP), which is a comprehensive plan of all services and supports he or she wishes to receive. The type, intensity, and duration of services provided are guided by the individual and the clinical team.
