3D Systems Supervisor, Quality Control - 240000EB in Littleton, Colorado

What We Are Looking For

This position is responsible for controlling quality throughout 3D Systems Healthcare lines, including supervision of inspection staff, and resolution of quality control issues. The position also supports our overall quality assurance and regulatory affairs efforts through various support activities to ensure our overall quality system requirements are met.

What You Will Do

Supervises inspection staff in the timely performance of all inspections needed throughout 3D Systems Healthcare lines; Ensures timely performance and completion of all manufacturing in-process and final inspections as required; Ensures timely performance and completion of all product inspection requirements including First Article Inspections (FAIs,) routine Product Acceptance Testing (PATs,) and measurements and testing in support of Engineering testing and analysis; Manages our overall gauge calibration program and ensures the timely completion of all calibrations and associated recordkeeping; Trains all inspection staff on all measurement equipment and maintains appropriate training records; Manages the identification, recordkeeping and resolution of all non-conforming materials issues (NCMRs) including scheduling Management Review Board (MRB) meetings, supporting MRB analysis, and final disposition of all findings; Write, review, and participate in investigations related to Customer Quality Complaints; Assist managing the product complaint process including the timely resolution of complaints, and the monitoring, trending and reporting of key complaint metrics Create and oversee the proper and timely issuance, implementation, maintenance, and archival of controlled documentation, run records, Testing Data Sheets, Equipment Log Books, Quality System event documents, and l Assist in internal and external audit preparation and reconciliation; Observe and identify potential issues and address satisfactorily; Completes all outgoing and incoming inspections associated with sterile product processing at outsource locations; Provides Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) and other custom quality documentation as needed including supporting inspection activities; Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and coordination of needed actions with a focus on achieving departmental and organizational goals; Continuously promote a collaborative work environment between production, quality inspectors, and engineering employees; Promotes awareness and compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) What You Will Bring

HS Diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years directly related production experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role Manufacturing Experience Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Ability to effectively communicate with employees Exceptional project management and organizational skills High attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to interface and communicate at all levels internally and externally Strong decision-making skills

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data) In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance. 3D Systems offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage, company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance, and company-paid basic life insurance.
