The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of the Manager and or Director, assists in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the Clinic to deliver optimal quality care to patients in each outpatient setting. Maintains excellent quality in medical assistant and nursing work, clinical supplies and equipment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborates with the site managers and medical director to maximize clinical efficiency and effectiveness in the service line.

  • Demonstrates responsiveness to staff’s ideas.

  • Demonstrates good listening skills and appropriate communication. Involves staff through a participative style. Encourages and nurtures communication, input and provides information as needed.

  • Participates in associate selection and retention efforts.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact

  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
