Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile recently launched sales capabilities through Apple Stores and on apple.com. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Leader to spearhead our efforts in this critical sales channel. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in channel sales, partner management, retail sales, and sales strategy. This role is accountable for driving subscription growth, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through Apple.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Management: Own and achieve annual customer acquisition targets for this channel, serving as the primary point of contact for the Apple’s Retail team, managing the relationship to ensure alignment with Boost Mobile’s goals and objectives
Sales Strategy: Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placements, merchandising, and pricing strategies to achieve acquisition targets
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; provide regular reports and insights to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales operations, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and promotions
Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns within Apple’s ecosystem to drive product visibility and sales; collaborate with sales ops and marketing teams to develop compelling promotions, content, and advertising strategies
Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and working with customer service teams to resolve escalations effectively; strive to enhance the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with Apple that support Boost Mobile’s business objectives and long-term strategy
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail space
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales channel management, with a focus on retail sales and strategy; proven track record of managing large partnerships and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of retail sales platforms and best practices; excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Wireless experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in using data to drive insights and inform decision-making

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
