Robert Half has partnered with a service company in Littleton in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist! The Accounts Payable Specialist position is paying $60,000-$70,000!

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the daily electronic import of invoices

• Track parts returns and ensure credit is received timely

• Reconcile AP open items to vendor statements

• Prepare checks as needed

• Pay invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with vendor terms

• Download, import and reconcile credit card transactions

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience

• QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
