As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing new lighting products with our proprietary 3D Printing technology.

Mechanical Design of 3D printed lighting fixtures and components, tailored to our customers vision and needs, in a global, cross functional team using digital tools and methods.

New product development, from concept design, prototyping, testing, documentation to production.

Collaborate with product architects to verify product performance according to the product specification and manufacturing to develop production friendly assemblies and product documentation (G-Codes, datasheets, drawings, etc.).

Create initial BOMs, Inputs to PE and Process Eng., DFMEA inputs, etc.

Ensure the quality of 3D Printing designs, on time, and within budget, as agreed with stakeholders.

Identify and support new ways of working to improve process efficiency. Your qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering

1+ years of work experience in mechanical design and product development (internships qualify)

Knowledge of design for assembly and manufacturability, and thermal analysis.

Experience with CAD tools, preferably Solid Edge, SolidWorks, and Rhino.

Able to travel 10% (domestic)

Experience with graphic design tools - InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus.

Salary:$74,400- 109,120

Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 5%
