As a Team Leader for Trane Technologies in our Little Rock, AR plant, you will be a critical member of the Supply and DSO team! You will coordinate the workforce scheduling, train & develop team members, identify and resolve safety issues, and keep your team actively engaged to meet the daily customer demand and production schedule.

Where is the work:

This position will be onsite each day in Little Rock, AR.

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot to maintain cell operations, and escalate any concerns with quality, process, equipment, materials, or labor as needed.

• Provide feedback and coaching to the team members to develop their professional skills while ensuring they are working toward safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with supervisors and other team leads to schedule team members where needed.

• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring safety and quality standards are always prioritized.

What we expect of you:

• Be a change agent and demonstrate positive and proactive attitude.

• Able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other

documentation related to operations.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (required).

• Effective communicator who can read and follow instructions or procedures and complete

written documentation.

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and

procedure manuals.

• Capable using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This is a Safety Sensitive Role. 

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Range: $27 and up

Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
