Job Summary:

Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as on-site

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters

  • Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted

  • Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments

  • Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures

  • General administrative tasks as required

  • Performs housekeeping as assigned.

  • Assist in annual warehouse inventory

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:  $22 and up, depending on experience.

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
