Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation Marketing Specialist in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media strategies.

  • Manage AECI Utility Solutions' social media account(s), creating posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand presence.

  • Support brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. Must have an eye for detail.

  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various mediums.

  • Assist in the coordination of customer connection events, including the annual charity golf tournament.

  • Collaborates with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures related to marketing activities.

  • Manage customer gift programs and event sponsorships.

  • Manage customer database.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

  • The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.

  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

  • Due to our obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to our customers, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field of study, plus at least 3 years’ experience in marketing and customer contact or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be able to travel to various locations throughout the state of Arkansas, as well as surrounding states, and stay overnight as required to complete work assignments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Display working knowledge of internet marketing and social media

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing, proofreading, and creative skills
