This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4387300 Beacon Hill\'s client, an Am Law 200 firm, is looking for a litigation docketing specialist to docket and calendar multi-state and federal case deadlines and a wide variety of administrative tasks within specified time constraints with minimal supervision.

• Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, or Utah

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 1+ month

• Hours: Full-time

• Hourly pay: \$25-\$40 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent litigation docketing experience in California and/or Arizona required; law firm experience supporting litigation attorneys is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of multi-state rules of civil procedure, federal rules of procedure, and United States Bankruptcy Court Rules;
• Superior computer and organizational skills, including familiarity with Court Alert docketing system;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with colleagues;
• Experience working with technical docketing systems;
• Strong grasp of litigation;
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail;

Responsibilities:

• Heavy calendaring and docketing;
• Quality control checks of all docketing requests and court notifications;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
• Establishes, maintains, and manages internal files; and
• Other duties as assigned.
