Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives in Little Rock, AR to enhance our B2B sales efforts. This role focuses on outbound calling, building customer relationships, and utilizing our CRM software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

*Pursue leads to expand our customer base

*Negotiate deals and close sales

*Engage with existing clients to meet their needs

*Utilize CRM tools for customer retention

Necessary Skills:

*Typing speed of 40+ words per minute

*Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems and Outlook

*Excellent customer service and cold-calling abilities

Work Hours:

*Full-time, in-office position

*Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks)
