Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation Infrastructure Support Intern Summer 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas
Description
This is a Temporary Position during Summer 2025
Edit system infrastructure documentation and monitor network & data center analysis systems.
Assist the department with a variety of IT research and communications projects.
Assist with hardware and software installations, modifications, and maintenance.
Research and assist with troubleshooting of workstation support incidents as they occur.
Record incidents and service requests in the Service Manager portal for all calls as received and emails not previously recorded.
Provide support for Windows OS, Office 365 applications, and mobile devices.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
Technologically adept with moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.Exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Extremely detailed and accuracy oriented.
Exceptional writing skills
Good communication skills
Self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
