POSITION TITLE: HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL MATH TEACHER
(Temporary Summer Position)
LOCATION: TBD
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Arkansas teaching or administrative certificate in 7-12 Math
Have an understanding of effective instructional strategies
Have a strong curricular focus
REPORTS TO: Summer School Principal/Director of Educational Accountability and Special Projects
JOB GOALS: Implement the Summer School educational program for students.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in specific professional development needed for the program.
Analyze student data in order to guide instructional needs.
Provide for student instructional needs by using best practices.
Assist in program evaluation.
Assist in longitudinal follow-up data of participating students.
Complete all reporting and communication as necessary.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary Range: $150.00 per student/per session
Length of Contract: June 7, 2024, through July 19, 2024, if necessary
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Certified Personnel.
