This Position is for an Evaluation Manager with a work location in Little Rock, AR.

This position is a hybrid role based out of the Springdale, AR Office

You are an experienced manager familiar with overseeing and providing support to administrative staff and vendors while facilitating day-to-day operations. You enjoy formulating strategy, improving overall performance, and procuring resources to support production.

In this role, you will...

Be responsible for generating and reviewing corporate and departmental monthly reporting, ensuring all report deadlines are met.

Assist in the coordination of bids.

Maintain current SOW agreements, insurance certificates and other compliance documents.

Assist with on-boarding new clients to direct order platforms and new job set-up and assignments.

You'll work closely with each team member and be the primary point of contact for customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Assist with A/P and A/R.

What you'll bring

Undergraduate degree in a related field.

5-10 years of managerial and/or project management experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.

Strong analytical skills: ability to develop and oversee budgeted initiatives.

Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
