ManpowerGroup Administrative Support Specialist in Little Lake, Michigan
Our client in the administrative support industry is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, written, and listening skills, high comfort level working on software programs, ability to multitask, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle payments efficiently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Negaunee, MI
Pay Range: $14.00 to $18.00 per Hour
Shift: M-F 9AM - 5PM
What's the Job?
Customer service with scheduling and info for in-person, phone or online.
Scanning and entering data into software programs (QuickBooks, Jobber etc.) along with filing.
Collect information and enter in software, use data to analyze profitability.
Accounts receivable, invoice and follow-up with customers to collect payments.
Schedule appointments and assist drivers as needed to complete the task.
What's Needed?
Full time, temporary to hire position for the right person.
M-F 9am-5pm.
Strong verbal, written, and listening skills for interacting with customers and drivers, handling scheduling, and resolving issues.
High comfort level working on software programs on a computer for data entry, invoicing, and job costing.
Ability to multitask, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle payments efficiently.
