Must be available to fill in weekdays and occasional weekends, 8 a.m. 4:30 p.m. We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors. The position involves relaying incoming and outgoing telephone calls and messages, greets and directs visitors and answers inquiries concerning campus activities. Assists with sales and displays in the Gift Shop. Applicants must possess excellent customer services and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate cash register and computer.
