Work with a diverse team of staff and youth This is a part time, hourly position with schedule varying depending which location hired. All will be M-F with some locations starting as early as 6:30am. Most locations start at 1pm during school year program and all locations end by 6pm summer and school year. WHO MAKES A GOOD FIT FOR OUR SQUAD? Through providing guidance and creating an environment that facilitates the achievement of positive youth development, individuals in this position play a primary role in creating the positive environment our staff and members have come to appreciate and expect! GOOD TO KNOW: Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age from Pre-K all the way up to 12th grade depending on location. We have many sites surrounding central Minnesota so it is likely there is one near you which makes getting to work convenient. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota (BGCMN) offers all part-time employees paid emergency safe and sick time, jury duty time, and 401(k) plan with up to a 4% employer match (upon meeting required eligibility). The starting rate for this position is $16.62/hour. There is a potential opportunity for advancement due to one s experience above the job requirements, performance, and tenure.
