Robert Half Operations Support Specialist in Litchfield, Michigan
Description We are in search of an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Litchfield, Michigan. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating a positive customer experience both internally and externally, and instrumental in the reconciliation and processing of vendor-related account payables. Your contribution will be key in driving operational success through interdepartmental collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate internal and external customer satisfaction by providing resolutions and exceeding expectations.
• Assist in the implementation of company communications and educational initiatives within the location.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and processing of vendor-related account payables.
• Propose process improvements to promote operational excellence.
• Work with team members in interpreting company financials and identifying solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate activities related to location meetings and events.
• Oversee customer satisfaction program to ensure its effectiveness.
• Support sales activities to ensure company objectives are met.
• Provide clerical support within the Parts department.
• Aid in the service work order process and manage time entry.
• Review and make changes to customer account profiles in the operating system.
• Ensure cash drawer is accurately counted and reconciled according to company policy.
• Handle location requests related to community engagement.
• Serve as a liaison to employees for the Human Resource department.
• Uphold service contract agreements to ensure commitments are delivered according to agreement.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities and ensure operational success.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations Support Specialist role or similar
• Proficient in Detailed Review and able to Ensure Accuracy in all tasks
• Experience in Check Processing is required
• Ability to Direct Phone Calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner
• Strong Administrative Skills and knowledge of Administrative Procedures
• Must be adept at Processing Expense Reports and managing Daily Receipts
• Demonstrated ability to Coordinate Meetings in a detail oriented setting
• Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to Provide Clerical Support as part of daily tasks
• Experience in Maintaining Vendor Files is necessary.
