Remprex LLC Mid-Shift Client Service Associate (2:00-10:30 PM) in Lisle, Illinois

What You’ll Do
As a REMPREX Client Service Associate (CSA), you will perform customer transactions for all REMPREX-supported intermodal and automotive terminals from REMPREX Headquarters located in Lisle, IL. You will process information from multiple technology platforms and in an ever-evolving work environment. As a CSA, you will be responsible for timely operating decisions based on inputs to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-oriented service that meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service utilizing several audio/video communication systems
Deliver virtual face-to-face assistance for drivers and other customers at intermodal terminals
Process customer transactions via several modalities- primarily assisting incoming and outgoing drivers
Perform accurate and efficient transaction processing to maintain safety, security, and compliance within the Intermodal terminal.
Maintain attention to detail while multitasking and managing agent console duties
Remain adaptable amidst technology innovations and respond positively to rapid changes in the industry
What You'll Need
Required
At least 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass and retain ErailSafe credentials as required by clients
Willingness to adapt to seasonal variances in workload and industry needs in a 365, 24/7 environment
Demonstrated analytical skill and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
Active-listening skills with the ability to communicate empathetically and effectively
Unwavering attention to detail, exhibiting the highest level of professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills to support working collaboratively as a team
Flexible schedule to allow for extended or adjusted hours as necessary.
Willingness and commitment to follow REMPREX and Client rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field
Previous customer service or call center experience
Work Environment
The CSA works in an office environment working closely and communicating with others. The position requires long periods of sitting and viewing computer screens. To perform this job's essential functions, an employee must be able to meet the physical demands of the role. Hours
REMPREX is a 24/7/365 operation. As such, this role may include nights, weekends and holidays if and when the employee is scheduled to work. Occasionally, the role may require travel (less than 5%) primarily for training, onboarding, and responding to emergent situations at local terminals. While this role primarily works indoors, it may require outdoor work in the aforementioned situations.
