International Inside Sales Team Leader in Lisle, Illinois

Position Overview

In this role, the Inside Sales Team Leader will lead a team of International Financial inside sales consultants to guide International Dealers through the Finance Process. Additionally, the team leader will be responsible for growing finance market share and margin and a book of retail finance business to reach International Financial goals. Also, training International Dealer personnel in International Financial systems and standards to build trust in relationships. International has a vast dealership network across the continental United States. This role is key to the success of International Financial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inside sales representatives covering key International Financial assigned accounts and book of business.• Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.• Closes new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information into Salesforce CRM tool and credit systems.• Develops accounts by checking customers.• Collaborates with marketing in various campaigns. buying history and generates leads leveraging OEM order board.• Maintains customer communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems in credit applications, funding • Maintains and improves customer records and recommends improved policies and procedures.• Updates job knowledge by studying new financing product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.• Handles both outbound and Inbound customer calling• In field visits may be required. (Travel less than 10%)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience

OR

  • Master's degree

  • At least 1 year of sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience

OR

  • At least 5 years of sales administration/operations, transactional price administration, or sales financial analysis experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
