Philips Distribution Technician Lead in Linwood, Pennsylvania
To support the Distribution Department by receiving, preparing, cleaning, testing, configuring, purging, downloading, fulfilling, and shipping orders accurately and timely.
Your role:
Assist with dairy staffing requirements in conjunction with the Distribution Leadership Team, provide direction, and delegate work assignments
Responsible for performing all Distribution Technician functions based upon the needs of the operation, communicating with the Distribution Team and management involving daily activities to maintain efficient operations
Conduct team meetings or “huddles” where appropriate to provide operation direction and departmental/company communications, and offer consistent individual feedback to Distribution Technicians as a means of developing their skill sets
Responsible for providing input to employee performance reviews to the management team, taking leadership roles in emergencies that may areas such as systems outages
Responsible for the safety, housekeeping, quality, cost, and efficiency of operation, maintaining the security of the facility at all times

You’ve acquired 5+ years of warehousing experience including both execution and administrative tasks
Your skills include a proven record of conducting planning tasks, proficiency in Windows-based applications – MS Office
You have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.
You’re a strong communicator both verbally and written; ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working accurately and safely, detail oriented and team player, sensitive to patient needs and patient confidentiality

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $18.38 to $31.50
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
