Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Contracts Operations Manager- Manager Level 3 (Senior Manager) in Linthicum, MD. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work and will require up to 10% travel.Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. #definingpossible

As a Contracts Operations Manager you will lead out Division Contracts & Pricing Operations for Payload and Ground Systems. You will be a trusted, key partner to the Contracts & Pricing Director and will be involved in establishing strategy, managing resources, prioritizing requirements, and delivering financial results while ensuring the integrity of business processes.

Your Role and Impact:

  • Contract setup and management in SAP S/4

  • Contract closeout

  • Data analytics and reporting

  • Sector and corporate-wide training programs

  • CP+ budget management

  • Division process and policy management

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience including people management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience including people management experience

  • Progressive leadership experience in Contracts, Pricing & Estimating or related discipline

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance

What Sets You Apart:

  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience in Contracts and Pricing & Estimating

  • Degree in Business Management

  • Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

  • Proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution Module

  • US. Government DoD Secret or Top-Secret security clearance

About Payload & Ground Systems: Leading designer, producer and supplier of spacecraft components that power and enable satellites of all classes. The premier source for mission-enabling, space-qualified deployable booms, masts and backing structures.

About Business Management: Integration of sector financial/business strategies to support of company and sector-wide objectives, including accounting operations, contracts management, pricing and estimating, compliance and asset and property management.

Salary Range: $142,600 - $213,800

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
