Currently, we are seeking aBusiness Process Engineer IIto join our Team!

* Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration *

Requirements/Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree + Seven (7) years minimum experience in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or discipline from an accredited college or university is required

  • 5 years’ experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required

  • In-depth knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework)

  • Define, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives

  • Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements

  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements

  • Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards

  • Work with customer and developers in integration of new and existing business processes

  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks

  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements

  • Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs

  • Execute projects for ongoing business improvements

  • Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks and costs.

Compensation: $99,983-129,390

Compensation ranges are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
